AML & KYC Policy

Last updated:

Verification protects your account and keeps Ovexly safe for everyone. Here is what we check, when, and why.

1. Our commitment

Ovexly Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, does not allow Ovexly to be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. This policy explains the checks we run and what we may ask of you. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Know your customer (KYC)

We may ask you to verify your identity and address by providing:

  • a valid passport, national ID card or driving licence;
  • a selfie, to confirm the document belongs to you;
  • a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement; and
  • your full name and date of birth.

Verification is reviewed by our team. We may ask for clearer or additional documents before approving it.

3. When we ask for verification

  • before processing a withdrawal;
  • when deposits or withdrawals reach certain amounts or patterns;
  • when account details change, or information does not match; and
  • whenever activity looks unusual or a legal obligation requires it.

4. Source of funds

For larger or unusual transactions we may ask where your funds come from, for example salary, savings or business income, and for documents that support it.

5. Monitoring

We monitor deposits, withdrawals and account activity for signs of money laundering, fraud, account takeover and abuse, including transactions that do not match a customer's normal activity, and trading that only moves money in and out.

6. Sanctions

As a US company, Ovexly Trading LLC does not provide services to persons or entities on sanctions lists maintained by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or to persons in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US sanctions. We may screen customers against these lists.

7. Your obligations

  • Use only funds and payment methods that belong to you.
  • Withdraw only to accounts or wallets you own and control.
  • Do not open or operate accounts for anyone else.
  • Provide true, complete information when asked.

8. What we may do

To meet this policy we may delay, refuse or reverse a transaction, hold funds while we review an account, limit or close an account, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Where the law prohibits it, we may not be able to tell you that a report has been made.

9. Record keeping

We keep verification and transaction records for as long as the law requires, generally up to five years after an account closes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Contact
