Please read this page before you deposit or trade. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Trading can lose money

Every trade on Ovexly can lose, and you can lose the full stake of any trade. Results from past trades, other traders, tournaments or examples on our blog do not predict your future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and never with money you need for essentials, debts or savings.

2. Short-expiry UP/DOWN trades

Ovexly trades run from a few seconds to a few minutes. Short time frames are strongly affected by random price movement, and the speed makes it easy to place many trades quickly. Set a daily limit before you start.

The payout on a winning trade is less than 100% of the stake, so you need to win more than half your trades just to break even. For example, at an 82% payout the break-even win rate is about 55%.

3. Prices and market data

Trades are executed and settled on Ovexly's own price feed, which may differ slightly from prices shown by other platforms. Markets can move sharply on news, low liquidity or at market open and close, and prices can jump between ticks.

4. Technology

Your internet connection, device, browser, or outages at Ovexly or our providers can delay or prevent a trade from being placed, displayed or closed. Do not rely on being able to act at a precise moment.

5. Crypto deposits and withdrawals

The value of crypto assets can change quickly between sending and receiving. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, network fees apply, and funds sent to the wrong address or network may be lost permanently.

6. Funded evaluations and tournaments

Funded evaluations and tournaments use simulated or competition capital. Passing an evaluation or placing in a tournament is not guaranteed, evaluation fees are spent whether or not you pass, and performance on simulated capital does not guarantee performance with real money.

7. No advice

Ovexly does not give personal investment, financial or tax advice. Articles, examples and market commentary are general education. You make your own trading decisions.

8. Company status

Ovexly is operated by Ovexly Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Company registration is not a licence or authorisation from a financial regulator, and Ovexly does not claim to be licensed or regulated in any jurisdiction. Check that trading on Ovexly is lawful where you live.

9. Trading responsibly

Set limits, take breaks, and stop if trading stops being enjoyable or affordable. See Responsible Trading for tools and support.
