Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data Ovexly collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Ovexly Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, operates Ovexly and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

  • Account details: name, username, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture, received through Google Firebase Authentication.
  • Verification data: a passport, national ID card or driving licence, a selfie, proof of address and your date of birth, when we ask for verification.
  • Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, payment method details, wallet addresses and transaction hashes.
  • Trading activity: trades, balances, funded evaluations, tournament entries, bonuses and referrals.
  • Support: messages and attachments you send to support.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, log and security events, used to run and protect the Service.

3. How we use your data

  • to create and run your account and execute and settle your trades;
  • to process deposits, withdrawals, payouts and rewards;
  • to verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and other legal obligations;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • to answer support requests and send service messages about your account;
  • to maintain and improve the Service; and
  • to send marketing messages, only where allowed by law, with an option to opt out at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • service providers that run the Service for us: hosting and infrastructure, Google Firebase (sign-in), payment and crypto processing, and identity verification;
  • professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
  • law enforcement, regulators or courts, where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety; and
  • a buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.

Service providers may only use your data to provide their services to us.

6. International transfers

Ovexly Trading LLC is a US company and our providers may process data in other countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting, verification and dispute purposes, generally up to five years after your account closes unless the law requires a longer period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Cookies and local storage

Ovexly uses only what is needed to run the Service:

  • a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in; and
  • your browser's local storage, for settings such as chart preferences and your session.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it. Blocking these essential items in your browser will stop sign-in from working.

9. Security

We protect data with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted staff access and monitoring of security events. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your own password and email account.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete data, subject to records we must keep by law;
  • object to or restrict some processing, and withdraw consent; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents may request to know or delete their personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights. To make a request, contact us as described below; we may need to verify your identity first.

11. Children

Ovexly is only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will close it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes on the Service or by email.

13. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact support from your account or email support@ovexly.com. You can update much of your information yourself in account settings. Company details are on the About Ovexly page.
